Bernie holds a 6th Dan in Jujitsu and 5th Dan Renshi in Iaido and holds the title of Kyoshi in Jujitsu, which means highly trained.

Bernie has held continuous membership for over 30 years and is Colin’s most senior instructor within Shuho Jujitsu Ryu and Araki Muninsai Ryu Iaido club.

Bernie is a highly experienced teacher in modern and traditional Jujitsu and weapons and is always sought out by our students for his deep knowledge and understanding of martial arts.
